You are responsible to pay for the cut and wrap.
The processing facilities we use are:
Foothills Meats - High River
Pure Country Meats - Strathmore
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to booking for slaughter remaining amount is due upon delivery to the processor along with your cut sheet.
You are required to pick your lamb up from the processors as we are not equipped to transport as per the regional health authority.
We can not guarantee a date it will be ready as all animals are different and facility bookings very. We book based on best availability.
All our Alberta Lamb is packed and wrapped at a provincially inspected plant for re-sale with in Alberta.

This chart gives typical quantities for a whole lamb, but you can customize your order. Each animal will very in size.
Our lambs are put on a free choice barley and hay ration. We finish our lambs on our own harvested hay and grain. We do not use any hormones or antibiotics in our market animals. We strive to raise a quality product for a great price.
