Progressive Cattle Genetics for the Commercial Cattleman

Ramblin Ranch began as a commercial cow/calf operation just northwest of Calgary in Rocky View County, Alberta — where we're still proud to call home today.

Jeremy has been rooted in agriculture from an early age, growing up on his family’s mixed farm. He was active in 4-H with his own flock of sheep for several years and built a strong foundation working across the ag industry. For the past 15 years, he’s been with Alta Genetics (now Peak Genetics), gaining invaluable insight into the beef sector. This experience has helped shape our breeding program and continues to guide our vision for the ranch.

Christine, raised in the city, found her calling in horses early on. Her passion for riding and showing led her to start her own Miniature Horse breeding program. She handled everything from training and conditioning to clipping and showing — a true hands-on effort that paid off, producing some of Canada’s top Miniature Horses. Along the way, she picked up skills in marketing, graphic design, and web development, which not only helped promote her own program but soon became a side business helping other farms do the same.
